Depending on weather, the team works Monday through Friday from 7 Am to 5 Pm and you can get all the hours in that you want. We never say no to overtime.

We provide on site learning. If you are new to construction or framing,  we are willing to train you on the job without cutting into your pay.

Blue collar jobs often present higher wages than office or corporate jobs. This is due to the higher demand for physical laborers. We pay our guys well because they are skilled and we value their effort, time, and energy going into framing!
